Chief People Officer

Radhika Khurana

Radhika is the Chief People Officer at Impact Analytics, overseeing the organization's human capital needs across the United States and India. Since joining in 2018, she has leveraged her extensive experience in commercial banking, risk and compliance, finance, and entrepreneurship to build and lead high-performing, multicultural global teams.

After completing her undergraduate studies in Finance at Bryant University in Rhode Island, Radhika began her career with Bank of America, working in Boston, Los Angeles, before moving to the credit and risk team of Credit Suisse in New York City.  She was the youngest credit officer with a credit approval authority of $100 million and developed a sharp acumen for exposure management within a tight regulatory framework.

She returned to Hyderabad to join the second batch of the Indian School of Business to complete her MBA. Subsequently, her career continued with significant roles at Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank, where she led large teams in branch banking, and excelled in areas including risk, credit, and stressed assets.  At Standard Chartered, she managed a portfolio of over $2 billion, successfully navigating complex financial landscapes in India within the legal system.  

Before joining Impact Analytics, Radhika co-founded and led several entrepreneurial ventures, notably establishing India's first government-certified sports management firm focused on water sports training and leisure. Her center produced Olympians in sailing and medalists at the Asian Games, showcasing her ability to pioneer initiatives that achieve remarkable success. She is a certified Hogan and StrengthsFinder coach. A results-driven C-Suite executive, her people-first approach and ability to navigate complex, high-velocity landscapes have been hallmarks of her career.
