Prithvik is the Chief Operating Officer at Impact Analytics, with a career spanning nearly a decade at Impact Analytics and over 2 decades in the retail tech and analytics space. Prithvik has been pivotal in integrating AI and ML into retail merchandise planning, promotions, and pricing workflows. He has focused on taking to market cutting-edge advanced Promo, Pricing, and Markdown planning products as well as Buy, Allocation, and Inventory Replenishment optimization systems.

Prior to joining Impact Analytics, Prithvik had co-founded 2 companies, Caliedo, where he pioneered a unique tablet and app-based loyalty and beacon program for small and medium retailers. His innovative strategies enhanced customer engagement and provided precise metrics on walk-in, purchase, and acquisition patterns. As the head of Sales and Marketing at SinT Mobile Inc., he led the company to be recognized as India's Most Innovative Telecom VAS Company, overseeing extensive operations, alliances, and the execution of over 100 million mobile ads.

Prithvik's career began in the telecom world with Airtel, where he managed diverse profiles ranging from Product management and analytics to Network Planning to Sales and Customer Lifecycle Management. His deep understanding of the telecom process, from distribution setup to customer service, has been a cornerstone of his professional journey.

A visionary in the fields of retail and telecommunications, Prithvik continues to leverage his expertise in AI, ML, and NLP to solve complex business challenges. His dedication to technological interventions and innovative solutions is reflected in his extensive experience with retail and customer analytics, digital media, location-based services, e-commerce, mobile advertising, retail partnerships, IT Solutions, and SaaS businesses.
