Murali Sampangiramaiah is the Senior Director of Engineering at Impact Analytics, bringing over two decades of experience leading global R&D teams and developing complex enterprise software across cloud infrastructure management, SaaS, and security domains. Before joining Impact Analytics, Murali held senior leadership roles at Broadcom, VMware, RSA Security, EMC, Siebel Systems, and Bristol Technology, where he built and scaled high-performing engineering organizations delivering mission-critical enterprise and cloud-native solutions.
At VMware, he led the R&D organization for vRealize Automation, driving innovation in hybrid cloud management and SaaS transformation. At Broadcom, he headed engineering for VMware Cloud Foundation Automation (VCFA), leading teams in developing critical features that power AI, Kubernetes, and private cloud environments.
Murali is passionate about building high-performance teams, fostering innovation, and mentoring future engineering leaders. His leadership blends deep technical expertise with a people-first approach, driving excellence, collaboration, and innovation at scale.
