Before joining Impact Analytics, Markus served as Vice President at Capgemini Invent, leading digital transformation initiatives for major retail clients. He previously held senior leadership roles at NielsenIQ (Precima) and METRO AG, where he drove large-scale technology and data modernization programs.

Markus has deep expertise in demand forecasting, assortment, allocation, pricing, and analytics, as well as in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies. He has built and led global centers of excellence in advanced analytics, managing multi-country teams across Europe and Asia.
