Mahender Chintaparthi is a seasoned Retail Technology and Transformation Leader with over 25 years of experience driving large-scale digital innovation, ERP implementations, and enterprise solution architecture across global retail organizations. His career reflects a deep commitment to transforming retail planning and merchandising operations, enabling organizations to connect strategic vision with on-ground execution through technology-driven solutions.

Mahender currently serves as Director of Implementation at Impact Analytics, where he leads complex product deployments and empowers sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to scale advanced analytics and AI-driven SaaS solutions for global retailers. Prior to this, he was Principal Consultant at Fractal, leading retail merchandising competence initiatives to enhance client acquisition strategies and drive project success.

Previously, Mahender spent over five years as Head of Applications (Retail Planning & Business Intelligence) at Landmark Group, where he spearheaded the digital transformation of retail planning functions for multiple large-format retail chains, including Lifestyle, Max, HomeCenter, and EasyBuy. He has also led Oracle Retail Planning Practice (Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS)) at Logic Information Systems, implementing merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, and demand forecasting solutions for clients such as Myntra and The Good Guys (Australia).

Earlier in his career, Mahender held consulting and leadership roles at IBM, Oracle, Satyam, and Tata Infotech, delivering transformational retail solutions to companies like Arvind Brands, Madura F&L, Belk, Circuit City, Raymonds, and Shoppers Direct.

Renowned for his expertise in retail merchandise planning and execution, Mahender integrates business strategy, process design, and technology enablement to deliver measurable value. His global experience and deep functional knowledge make him a trusted partner in driving retail transformation journeys across diverse markets.
