Brooke Kelsey

Brooke Kelsey is the Vice President of Implementation at Impact Analytics, bringing two decades of leadership in merchandise planning, allocation, inventory strategy, and large-scale retail transformation. At Impact Analytics, she leads complex enterprise software deployments, guiding global retailers through AI and machine learning adoption to optimize decision-making, enhance operational agility, and accelerate growth.

Before joining Impact Analytics, Brooke built an accomplished career at Gap Inc. over a nine-year tenure, where she advanced from Merchandise Planner and Analyst to Manager and Senior Manager of Inventory Management, and ultimately Senior Manager of Inventory Strategy. In these roles, she led initiatives to optimize inventory flow, strengthen merchandise planning frameworks, and drive profitability through process improvements and data-driven strategies.

Brooke then joined Athleta, where she further established herself as a leader in inventory transformation and strategic operations. As Director of Inventory Management, she developed planning and allocation systems that supported rapid brand expansion and omni-channel growth. Later, as Head of Inventory Strategy, she spearheaded cross-functional initiatives, large-scale software implementations, and strategic planning efforts that enhanced organizational effectiveness and positioned Athleta to meet evolving consumer demands.

At Impact Analytics, Brooke leverages her deep retail expertise to implement advanced SaaS solutions, AI-powered planning tools, and optimization systems for global clients. She is recognized for her ability to lead organizational change, scale innovative solutions, and deliver measurable results across merchandising, planning, and supply chain functions.

Beyond her role at Impact Analytics, Brooke serves as a Board Member of Cleveland Angels, where she contributes her expertise to community-driven initiatives, and is a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle, actively supporting leadership development and innovation in the retail industry.
