She is the author of “Style & Statistics: The Art of Retail Analytics” and has held leadership positions at Oracle, SAS, Bealls Inc., and Forever 21. Brittany’s extensive background in both retail and technology equips her with a unique perspective and the ability to bridge the gap between data science and practical retail applications.

She excels in data-driven decision-making, identifying process deficiencies, and understanding the impact of operations, enabling rapid operational turnarounds with scalable infrastructure. Her strategic approach to leveraging advanced analytics has consistently driven significant improvements in efficiency and profitability for the organizations she has served.

Prior to her technology-focused roles, Brittany spent ten years specializing in merchandising and digital transformation in the retail sector, providing a fresh perspective on customer and user experience. Her work has involved spearheading numerous digital initiatives that have transformed traditional retail operations, enhancing both online and in-store experiences for consumers.
