Atul Edlabadkar is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Impact Analytics, where he leads a global organization of more than 300 engineers across multiple AI-native, agent-first product lines. With 30 years of international experience, he has built and scaled high-performing engineering teams in India and the US, driving innovation across Generative AI, cloud modernization, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Prior to joining Impact Analytics, Atul held senior leadership roles at Uniphore and Genesys, leading multi-product initiatives in Conversational AI, Workforce Engagement, and Voice Self-Service. He architected event-driven, cloud-native systems on AWS and Azure, integrating LLMs and Emotion AI into mission-critical enterprise solutions.
